Staff at Piglets are recruited on their personal qualities that they can bring to the setting. Our ratios are maintained at all times as required by Ofsted.  

All staff at Piglets are experienced with working with children and have enhanced DBS checks. They all hold first aid and food hygiene certificates as well as regularly updating training needs. 

Our staff are very approachable which enhances effective communication.
